After the massive success of last years MX GP treatment competition, we have opened entries to the 2014 version with extra surprises, freebies and support in what was already a full on prize.

The 2013 competition was won by 8 year old James Day who rocked up to his EASSC Two day event at Wakes Colne only to find a crew of people and a huge pit set up, ready to support, clean, coach and prep for him over the weekend.

On top of good luck messages from a host of Off Road celebrities, James received kit and goodies from Rip N Roll, Bolddog, Thor, Bel-Ray, Defcon5, Torc1, Risk Racing, race support and coaching from Gary Linge from the renowned LTA Academy, and of course Duck Smart, who as you would expect also cleaned his bike and kit with their range of products over the weekend so he went to the line looking immaculate each time. On top of that young James also went to the line with his very own brolley girls much to the delight of his competitors Dads as well as the other EASSC racers.

Team Green set to shine with Ducksmart!

After some injury set backs during the Arenacross UK tour, the Team Green Kawasaki UK line up of Dylan Woodcock (Big Wheel 85), Jed Etchells (Big Wheel 85) and Lewis Hall (Small Wheel 85) are now gearing towards championship success outdoor and looking to shine in 2014.

So too will their KX85 weapons of choice after Team Green and Duck Smart cleaning products agreed a sponsor partnership for 2014. Team manager Jeff Perrett and Paul Oughton from Ducksmart finalised the deal at last year's International Dirt Bike show that will see all of the Team Green riders use 

Ducksmart’s extensive range of cleaning products for motorcycles and clothing.

It’s yet another cool, young brand for Team Green to have on board and understandably the team are delighted as Jeff explains; “As far as proactive companies go in UK motocross Duck Smart have been one that has caught our eye over the past couple of years. An experiment on Duck Smart's Kit clean!

With its optical brighteners and unique little Duck Pad our Kit Clean Micro Kit has proved hugely popular since its launch as a Micro Kit last year.

So we put it to the test at the Red Bull Pro Nationals on our ground in and stained Wash Bay Karcher banners with months of dirt, grime and grease in them.  Watch the vid on the right to see the results.

Kit cleans uses are pretty varied but include, race shirts, race trousers, helmet linings, goggle straps, boots, gloves.... basically the optical brighteners and detergents in it bring out the colours and combat stains.

Duck Smart and Mahi Kawasaki to bling up the Supersport grid!

One of our favourite team's to work with in 2013, and who we are glad to be back with in 2014, are the guys from the Mahi Kawsaki Racing team who strut their stuff all over the globe in the World Supersport Championships.

Turkish racer Kenan Sofuoglu pushed eventual champion Sam Lowes all of the way to the title last season coming 2nd in the series, with Mahi team mate Fabien Foret 3rd, but in 2014 you can be sure they are looking to land the top spot of the podium.

Although a well honed, fully focussed, professional racing team the Mahi team are an awesome bunch to work with, even getting in on the act on the #duckfaceselfies.  On top of that they give us honest and professional feedback on all of our products and found uses for them that we didn't realise existed.

Such is our great relationship with them we have teamed up on an awesome comp which is being launched very shortly so keep your eyes out as this is something you are darn sure you are going to wanna win!

Mahi Kawasaki Racing are once again teaming up with Duck Smart to bring you the shiniest bikes on the 2014 World Superbike grid!

Duck Smart produce a growing range of innovative, foaming and sweet smelling cleaning products, which are all manufactured, bottled and labelled in house at their HQ in Essex. Skyzone going for a British title clean sweep with new sponsors Duck Smart!

The British Championship winning Skyzone Supermoto race team will be lining up at the start grid with a new sponsor for 2014 in the forward thinking and creative team at Duck Smart cleaning products.

The people at Duck Smart are new to the Supermoto scene but are keen to support both, the Skyzone race team and the sport itself and showcase their innovative, foaming and sweet smelling range of cleaning products, including the now famous Earth Mover Bike Cleaner which have made such a huge impact in the Motocross scene in the last couple of years. All of their products are bottled, labeled and produced in house at their HQ in Benfleet, Essex and with their own chemist constantly working on new products the range doesn't look to stop growing anytime soon.

Duck Smart's Paul Oughton tells us more “We looked at the sport of Supermoto last year, and towards the end of 2013 we were approached by Chris Hodgson about doing something with his team. We were impressed by Chris and his professional approach. Alongside that we have followed the great TV Coverage of the British Championships, which really reflects the speed and skill of these guys, and one thing is for certain they don't like to back off when it gets tight. The team at Duck Smart are really looking forward to showcasing our range of products and creative approach on the bikes of the Sky zone race team. We are quite a hands on team so are also pumped to be working with Chris as he goes for another British Title and we look forward to working with the team to ensure their machines are immaculately presented at the race track and to further develop our product range with them.

Tom Ellam, one to watch

The sky zone race team will be running a 3 man team of current British Champion Chris Hodgson and Jay Smith on the KTM SMR 450 with young Tom Ellam on the KTM SMR 350.

They will be competing in the 9 round British championship, as well as looking to fly the flag for Great Britain in the European rounds.

Hodgson said of the forthcoming season and the partnership “I am really looking forward to the season. We have set our sights high and hopefully everything goes to plan. Its a real privilege to have the guys from Duck Smart on board and we look forward to working with them throughout the season.”
